Pilates for Life offers a variety of group, semi-private, and private class options for all ages and levels.
REFORMER
CLASSES
The Reformer uses spring resistance to enable three-dimensional movements and total body conditioning. The result is a complete low-impact body workout.
JUMP BOARD
CLASSES
This is an upbeat interval class, Pilates style. You need to be prepared to sweat and improve your cardio endurance. Even though the class is low impact, it may not be suitable for people with knee and/or ankle issues.
MIXED EQUIPMENT
CLASSES
This class interchanges equipment, such as Thera-Band, Stability Ball, Arc Barrel, Reformer, TRX Suspension Trainer, and BOSU to add elements of instability to Pilates movement patterns. Adding different tools shakes things up by focusing on the smaller stabilizing muscles, in addition the larger muscle groups.
BARRE
CLASSES
This hybrid class combines high-energy music with elements of dance, yoga, Pilates, and balance training. The class focuses on muscle endurance with high reps of small controlled movements. This energetic workout will tone and define you whole body.
STRONG MEN CLASS
Pilates isn't just for women. It is for men who want more power, flexibility, and core strength. Train smarter. Move better. Perform stronger. Join the Men's Only Pilates Class - Where real strength starts from the Core.
STABILITY CHAIR CLASSES
This class expands your Pilates exercise options. Like the reformer, it uses spring resistance to provide a full body workout. Exercises on the satbility chair focus on stability and flexibility; they will increase the intensity and difficulty of your Pilates workout.
MAT MIXOLOGY
This class that blends yoga and pilates into a challenging flow linking breath to movement. You will be encouraged to move with precision, concentration, and focus, expanding your energy in all dimensions. This class is suitable for anyone who can get up and down off the floor and wants to build strength and flexibility.
MELT
CLASSES
This class focuses on releasing stress and sending fresh fluid into your fascia to alleviate pain and improve overall mobility.
