Coming from the North on Tamiami Trail / US-41:
Cross over the Peace River Bridge and continue to the third set of lights. Turn left on West Virginia Avenue.  Proceed one block. Pilates for Life is on your right on the S.E. Corner of  West Virgina Avenue and Sullivan Street.

Coming from the South on Tamiami trail/ US-41:
Turn left onto West Virginia Avenue and proceed 2 blocks. Pilates for life is on your left on the S.E. corner of West Virginia  Avenue and Sullivan Street.
 
Coming from the North or South on I-75:
Take US-17S  EXIT 164 toward Punta Gorda. Turn left onto US-17s/Duncan Rd. Continue 2.1miles toSullivan Street. Turn left and in 0.2 miles Pilates for Life is on the right on the S.E. Corner of West Virginia and Sullivan Street.
 
PARKING
is available behind the building in the large parking lot off Sullivan Street at the back of the Swiss Connections building as well as in the lot across Sullivan Street. Pilates for Life is in the front of the building facing West Virginia Avenue, suite 113.
