GETTING STARTED
Before participating in any of our Pilates classes, you must have first completed at least TWO Introductory Sessions with one of our instructors.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN YOUR TWO INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS:
ANALYSIS
We will discuss and analyze your current/past fitness and medical history.
INTRODUCTION
We will give you an introduction to the basic principles of Pilates.
GOAL SETTING
We will discuss and determine your exercise and fitness goals together.
JUMPING IN
We will jump into your first beginner workout session! You are one step closer to your goals!
